Coral Gables:

Associate Attorney/Litigation Department: Responsibilities will include taking and defending depositions, responding to discovery and pleadings, preparing for/arguing hearings on full range of issues related to homeowners’ cases, and will actively train to argue dispositive hearings.

Litigation Attorney/Litigation Department: Candidate will become an integral part of a collaborative culture with extended support from a large dedicated team of staff and associate supporting attorneys. Candidate will focus on management of caseload, direction of supporting attorney(s) and staff, case strategy, client communication, and attendance at dispositive hearings and trial.

Litigation Paralegal: Responsibilities will include supporting attorneys in their practice by assisting with gathering, analyzing, and organizing information; drafting legal pleadings, discovery summaries and responses, motions, trial preparations and other documents.
